Swan Point Residence

This project is a 500sf addition to an existing residence on a large river. The new addition contains a large exercise pool and the project also includes substantial renovation to the existing, approx. 3,000sf residence. There is a strong visual connection to the water which is a theme throughout the design in terms of views and materials.
