Swift Shoal

This is an addition to an existing 19th century home alongside a large river. The design concept was to extrapolate from the older architecture and create a more complex form and volume for new living space while maintaining architectural references such as roof forms and building materials to create a visual connection between the new and old buildings. The entire 1,200sf addition is one open volume with several floor levels and lofts
